Day 1: Nairobi to Lake Nakuru National Park

Depart Nairobi at 08:00 AM and enjoy a scenic drive along the floor of the Great Rift Valley to Lake Nakuru National Park. You will arrive in time for lunch at the Sarova Lion Hill Game Camp. In the afternoon, head out for a game drive. The park is famous for its large populations of black and white rhinos, as well as a fenced sanctuary for the endangered Rothschild's giraffe. Look out for lions, leopards, pythons dangling from trees, and diverse plains game.

Day 2: Lake Nakuru to Maasai Mara Game Reserve

Enjoy an early breakfast and a brief game drive as you exit Lake Nakuru. We then drive via the Great Rift Valley to the legendary Maasai Mara, arriving in time for lunch at the lodge. At 3:30 PM, head out for an afternoon game drive until dusk, getting your first glimpse of the unrivaled wildlife in the reserve. Return to your luxury camp for dinner.

Day 3: Full Day in the Maasai Mara Game Reserve

Spend a full day exploring the Maasai Mara in search of the Big Five. The Mara offers wildlife in such abundance that you can easily spot lions, hippos, crocodiles, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, and elephants. If visiting between July and October, you may witness the annual migration of millions of wildebeests and zebras crossing from the Serengeti, followed closely by apex predators.
